fuyukoi and I have decided that Nakai Knows things. And this is how:
"Locked?"
Hideaki nodded and pushed both hands under Tsubasa's shirt and up his back.
"Ew," Hideaki said, laughing. "You're drenched."
Tsubasa responded by grinning and wiping the sweat from his face off on Hideaki's neck. Hideaki made a halfhearted attempt to dislodge him, but he gave up as soon as Tsubasa got a loose hold on his waist and started kissing a line up to Hideaki's ear.
He heard Hideaki's head drop back against the wall and hummed when Hideaki sighed and rested a hand low on Tsubasa's back.
"Good work out th--hey! Whoa!"
Tsubasa shoved Hideaki back and wiped his mouth. Hideaki gave the floor his full attention and rubbed his ear furiously with his sleeve.
Nakai's open-mouthed shock changed slowly into manic amusement.
Way worse.
"You said you locked it," Tsubasa hissed.
"I did lock it!"
Nakai smirked and opened the door so they could see that the tongue stopped half a centimeter short of the indent in the door.
Tsubasa said, "Huh."
Hideaki said nothing, but to be fair, he seemed preoccupied sorting through a series of expressions ranging from "indifferent" to "so not embarrassed."
Nakai shook his head, snickering, and said, "Tsuyoshi's going to have a heart attack."
Tsubasa flinched. Hideaki made a mildly horrified sound.
"Countdown" indeed.

Which, of course, would totally not do for then, how would Tsuyo be able to keep an eye on him? :0
