ETA: I spent a very long time trying to cleverly incorporate Kya into a username, and then I belatedly remembered that the Japanese word for "scriptwriter/playwright" is kyakuhonka. Victory!

I was thinking of doing that, actually! Except I'd want to give them a rehaul first. Maybe not derby, but like...almost anything else.

Oh, funny story. I found a fic yesterday that I wrote for jthreesome! But I didn't know it was mine. I just looked up K8 fic on delicious, y'know, hoping to catch up on stuff, and I found this gen fic about Yoko and Hina and Maru. I didn't realize until halfway through that the reason it sounded so familiar...yeah. *g* Proud moment for the part of my brain in charge of memory.

I was! Amusingly, though, what made me realize it was mine was this one sentence that I remember tinkering with over and over and was never completely happy with. So when I got to that sentence, it pulled me completely out of the story. I started rewording it in my head over and over until I realized that what I was doing felt awfully familiar.

Two years after the fact and it still bugs me!
