[The thing I like is __.]

Our professor had each of us say what we liked -- eighty of you already know how this is going to end.

I said, "わたしのすきなものは間ジャニ∞です!"
[The thing I like is Kanjani∞.]

She said, "Eh? What is it?"

"Kanjani∞." Grin. "Japanese band."

"Ah!" She laughed wryly, putting her hand on my shoulder. "Thank you."

And now! Thanks to メアリイ先生 (Merry-sensei :D), I can also say:

わたしのすきなアイドルは渋谷すばるです！
[The idol I like is Shibutani Subaru.]

acchikocchi kore = this as a noun
kono = this as an adjective
koko = here

acchikocchi is that what you meant or are you looking for something else?
pinkpapyrus Nope, that's it. I just keep confusing them. So, what context would you use each in?
acchikocchi okay, so. let's say you have a friend in your room and you are trying to explain what exactly those japanese guys are and why they're on your walls! so you point to subaru and say "kore wa idol desu."
(this is an idol)
then you say, "kono idol ga suki desu."
(i like this idol)
but sadly, as you tell your friend, "koko wa osaka ja arimasen."
(this is not osaka)
so you can't actually talk to him.
